图中右边带色部分是客厅的墙。长霉部位是天花板，估计在二楼马桶下面。找人换了蜡圈。长霉部分不滴水了，但长霉部位上面无霉地方开始滴水，比原来还快。怎么诊断原因？怎么修？估价多少？急。多谢。
