这是不是water damage?急问，下午要定

急，马上要过房一个2楼的condo.  总共3层的楼房。condo 的墙壁上有些泛黑的印。不知道是怎么回事。不象是外面搞脏的，有点像是从里面发出来的。可是外面的stucco 是好的，而且房子在二楼，会是water从屋顶漏水进入墙里面引起的霉变吗？今天下午就要定了。怎么办？
