on timing. But nobody can be absolutely right on timing. Nobody can be God. I stopped buying since 2004 seeing that prices have risen beyond fundamental. That rough understanding saved me from getting into trouble. I started buying again in 2007. This year alone I bought 3 REOs. Next year I may buy more. Investor's focus shall not be on one or two houses, but shall focus on his overall portfolio holdings and expand to scale. I am not a flipper.
