breaking existing great cash flows. For example, I have 5 great cash flows aready, I keep the going. Why break them for small short term gains I may or may not get due to high transaction costs? I would rather spend my time establishing 5 more great cash flows. So, rather than trading 5 houses for some petty gains, I can double my positions to 10 cash flows.
Time shall be spent creating more positive cash flows than
