Still suggest you to find a lawyer if you are not familiar with the law. Last time (our 1st time) we found a young Korean lawyer her office locates right across street from the courthouse.  Her charge is low because she is new to this field also ours case is an easy one.  DO NOT use an old white guy (Mark) he passed our bottom line to the white tenant.
