出租房如果有入室抢劫，房屋被破坏，是房客责任还是房东责任？

出租房如果有入室抢劫，房屋被破坏，比如门窗被损坏，但是房客没有买租房保险。

 

修理门窗的费用是房客责任还是房东责任？谢谢。
