RE say 200k, rent 1500- cost 500, so return 1000*11 ( since 1 month as vacant or repair) =11000
11k/200k =5.5%
if stock 200k, return > 5.5 % a year, then it is better ( if you can consistantly make that much)
otherwise RE is better
to stocks, you have to worry about it daily as well, and do some home work
to RE, you have to TAOFEN some time, so these eaqual out, depens on each person
