在加州， 我的listing agent 骗我把房子卖了， 进了esceow。 我能cancel escrow吗？

我的listing agent email 我说: 买家同时送了两个offer， 一个是要买我的房子， 另外一个是另一个房子。 所以他说我们不能counter back 太高。 我本来想等到第三天再counter， 但他说买家要急着回国， 所以要快。 当第一个counter offer 回来后，价格 太低， 我没有马上回， 他就text我， 说买家同时送的另外那个offer被别人接受了， 我们若不回，买家就要决定去买另外的那个房子了。 所以我只好同意签了， 当天就进了escrow。 在home inspection 时， 我从买家那里得知， 他们根本就没有另外一个offer， 只有送了我这个房子一个offer。

我现在还能cancel escrow吗？若不能， 我该怎么办， 我作为卖方， 我有什么权利?
