门口一颗oak 树

出租房。前面院子的门口有一颗几年前野生的oak树，现在还细细的但是有点高了。

要不要砍掉？

OPTION A：CUT IT.

REASON: 这种树会长很高很大，到时候树荫会遮掉院子里的很多花。而且，树根会破坏(right next to the tree)旁边的drive way以及steps. 

OPTION B: KEEP IT

REASON: 美观，好看。
