你如果确定自己一定会买，找个agent和他商量一下就行了，

他若只需花时间给你做paperwork，让一半commission很正常。我inlaw前不久卖房子，agent才收4.5%，还自掏腰包staging，我说那这agent才拿1.5%都不到了，可那房子两周就脱手，1.09米，1.5%也不少，那agent不傻吧，否则生意拿不到一分也没得赚。
