美国国内大额转账的问题

请问如果朋友大额（20万美金左右）转账到我的银行账户上(双方都是美国银行账户)会有什么限制吗？用那种转账方式好？用途怎么写比较好？转账理由写“借贷"还是“赠予”比较好？多谢多谢
