the only 2 way you can collect thru wages are:

1. only the tenant can volunteerly setup a wage assignment thru payroll, you can't, even they sign a paper.
2. garnish thru small claims court, the best way.

illegals wage assignment can cause some huge problem down the road if goes bad, they can go back on you plus attorney fee.
