一点心得：做一般的小生意，LLC比corporation在税收上更划算

LLC的收入最后都算在个人名下交一次联邦税，外加自雇税；

corporation需要交公司所得税，其税率比个人所得税高。然后把利润分给自己，再交个人所得税，但没有自雇税。

公司所得税率2016：

如果你生意的收入在15万，你自己和/或老婆的总收入是10万，那么公司的最高税率是39%，个人的最高税率是28%，双重收税。看上表，公司税估计要交$41750; 剩下$108250如给自己发工资，个人所得税还要再多交$26500。总共$68250。也就是幸苦多挣的十五万里有将近七万被拿去打仗或养懒人了。

但如果是LLC，15万转到个人名下后多交税$40500。自雇税13%，$19500；总共放血$60000整。还能多剩下八千多块犒劳一下自己。

奶奶个熊，养懒人，去打仗的钱都从咱口袋里陶，俺还没混入1%呢。所以还是川普靠谱些，他不想打仗，还想把公司税个人税权都降到15%以下
