租房广告登出后，有几类人回应：

１。外地要搬来的。他们工作好，信用好，但可能来了稳定后就要买房

２。自己房子刚被拍卖。拍卖前用credit card付房贷，所以credit card late payment 也很多

３。夫妇２人无孩。他们租４间房干什么？会不会分租？

４。兄妹租，父母也同住

５。夫妇带２孩。现金收入，不知怎么查？

租给谁比较好呢？
