One de-lead experience

7-8 年前请人给出租房除过铅。面积大约1600平尺。 

Got 3 quotes, $5500, $8000+, and $12500. All were state certified contractors able to perform de-lead work. Went with $5.5K guy. He did his job. Re-inspection passed, got the de-lead cert for the 2-family rental property. 

A lot more options with the de-lead certificate on hand, still holding on the property, no way I am gonna to sell it.
