你这么年轻，怎么会有那么大的还贷压力？

折中一些的办法是，买中等偏上的区，房子新一些，这样房客比较好，修理也少，不会影响你的正常工作。

缺点是房租上收入少，但你只付了首付，只要房租cover房贷，略有节余，我认为可以考虑。
