It's not that difficult to do it yourself.

If you decide to evict the tenant, I believe you can give her a 30-day notice in your case. There are some samples of the notice available online, google it!

I helped one of my friends on evicting a tenant in California a couple of years ago. I think you will have to prove she received the notice. Depends on what city your rental property is located at, if there is no rent control, it should not be too difficult and shouldn't take too long. I don't think you need a lawyer at this point.
