Need to replace AC for a 1660 sf house, here is the quote I rece

Option to install new heating and cooling system at rental property.

• Removal of existing heating and cooling system. Haul away all old equipment and trash.
• Seal existing platform and clean out return cavity.
• Install Carrier 4 ton 70k BTU comfort series up flow furnace.
• Install Carrier 4 ton 14 SEER R410A comfort condenser.
• Install Carrier 4 ton high efficiency evaporator coil.
• Estimated energy savings around 30-40%.
• Flush refrigerant lines.
• Install new filter base to bottom of furnace, and provide disposable filter.
• Install new gas valve, flex, and sediment trap per code.
• Hook up new 120v electrical pigtail.
• Hook up all low voltage wire.
• Hook up flu pipe to existing double wall venting that is present.
• Seal evaporator coil and plenium box to reduce any air loss.
• Flush out condensation line and hook up new coil to existing primary line.
• Install safety float switch on secondary line at the coil.
• Install condenser on a new matching 4 ton pad.
• Install 60 amp electrical disconnect box with matching fuses.
• Install ¾ in electrical whip.
• Install programmable thermostat.
• Seal all duct joints to prevent air loss and improve comfort as well as efficiency.
• Test heating and cooling system to ensure proper operation.
• Balance airflow throughout home for increased comfort.
