thanks, miat42 and va_landloard :real estate experts in DC. I have visited Rockville, VA three years ago and housing is expensive because of NIH impacts, but I like there too. good school, the crab is delious and 30 minutes train to National Mall. I heard from my friends that housing is down now, right? they are trying to buy a condo several years ago, but still not yet. any suggestion of invest a condo there? it is remote investment, difficult? just want to find a chance to enter real estate investment.
