The agent asked me to sign a management contract which rigid me to change agent after he found the tennant. Also, he charged 65% of the first month rent for his expenses every time when the tennant changes. I did not know whether it is normal in TX. Besides,I did not know everything about the tennant.

Could you introduce some rent law codes in TX? It may differ from CA.
