新房东请教：请问发出广告后，一般多久会把房子租出去？

请教各位老房东，一般广告发出多久会把房子租出去呀，我们发出去了两天有几个人看，还没有人要租，多久以后要降价呢？第一次做房东，心里很忐忑。多谢各位！
