新来的，常听大伙说只要是正的cashflow 就可以，俺有疑问，

哪位（尤其是va-landload）给说说：

1.6年前买的CONDO 8万5，每月猫给550 + 170 CONDO FEE，目前可卖190K。可租1200刀，绝对正的cashflow。

2.要是买房，是把这个租出去，还是卖掉拿10万左右的EQUITY去做DOWNPAY？
