跟电工的纠纷向大家请教

最近一个老出租房的一个电插头不工作了，自己没找出原因。 另外也想问问更新整个线路的事项，于是找了个总电工来给估价。来了后关于线路更新给了些建议，具体修理工作也给报了个价，50刀一小时，外加材料费用。当 时决定第二天叫手下具体做事的电工来先给检查修理电插头的问题。如果满意的话以后还有其他事情再找他们来做。后来来人检查结果很简单其实就是braker坏了要换一个，于是很快就换完了。看看还有时间就又 让他把原来的旧插头换成个GFCI的插头。前后就是一个小时的工时。没想到几天后寄来了账单居然工时费收了100多刀，另加材料费用。觉得不可思议于是 email去问。今天收到了回信。 very nasty。抱怨我不appreciate good service；说他前来给我估价和提出些好的建议现在我却不愿意付他的账单；说他是要收到我家路途的时间，这还罢了，还说每个他服务过的亚裔都这样，不知感谢。这 话我还真不爱听了，我们亚裔招你惹你了？你个红脖子，自己报价不诚实还怪人询问吗？这跟亚裔有关吗？ 我觉得如果是要收trip fee也未尝不可，但是应该事先声明的，没有先声明要收，本来就是他的错在先，虽然我可以付这个钱，但就是觉得不耐烦得受这个闲气。是我错了吗？还连累了 整个亚裔群体？我该怎么回复他？请大家给些建议。谢谢了
