租客发邮件说房子前有两起shooting, 该怎么处理？

早上收到租客邮件， 被惊到了，果然不能买差区的房子阿

I just wanted to inform you of the neighbors activities. They keep garbage in front the property constantly. We clean and clean and they still keep copious amounts garbage daily. And there was two drive by shootings in front the property. I'm really scared.

接下来该怎么处理，租客9月刚搬进去，每个月租金都晚几天交，但自动交上Late fee, 所以我也没说什么，不知道他们现在会不会已这个说事，要求搬家赔偿等等等。 

刚给小区HOA写邮件， HOA的管理人在小区有一半的房子，不知道他知不知道，会不会处理？ 我该去房子那里看一下吗？大家有遇到过这样的事吗？
