请教：好不容易拿到一个房子，申请贷款，贷款公司说是underwriter approval没通过

理由是：1）不是美国公民或者绿卡 2）没有达到“3个credit line每个2-year”的标准
请教有经验的大侠，这是什么理由啊？是不是故意不贷款给我们的借口啊？怎么应对呢？
