头大了，不会被罚款吧。

很早(大约2012年）的时候注册了一个公司，是LLC. 至今也从来没做过什么生意，就虚有一个名字。所以一直没有申请EIN.

直到今天，申请了EIN. confirmation letter上写的。要我马上file form 1065. 我虽然没有任何生意收入，支出，但是IRS不会给我罚款吧。托了3年才保税。

哭死了。。。
