Why Why? This board suddenly changed into a Real estate board?

Only half a year ago, nobody cared about real estate investment.
Folks are gun-ho about stock investment, discussing about getting long term 10% return from S&P and etc.,,, What's different now? Is it because of low REO price? because of bad stock market performance knocking down people's confidence in 401K? I just find it very interesting!
