急问，合同到明年六月底，现在客户提出想12月底搬走，怎么办

这个客户住了三年，和我们关系一直不错，他付房租也一直很及时，算是好房客。但是他现在说在外州找到工作要relocate走，想12月底走，这种情况大家一般怎么处理啊？12月底他搬走，我们这里下雪又多，到时候整房子也不方便，房客也不好找。
