房子带green house，如果拆掉green house有人做过吗？

看一个房子，主建筑外附带了green house种花，玻璃房那种，水电／湿度／温度控制都有。

我要买来不想保留green house这个附件， 太复杂了，搞不定。我买来做投资用，没人在乎greenhouse.

如果拆掉，不知道是否简单易行，成本如何。

有人处理过这样的房子类型吗？
