It makes sense!

I was in a hurry, but she was not. She wanted to get 5% commision fee instead of 3%. That is why she did not list my property in the MLS. Once the property is in MLS, every realtors and buyers know it. If the buyer has his own agent, she will only get 3% fee.

I reduced the price because I want to sell it ASAP. She did not want to share commision fee with the buyer's agent. Thus, she chose to hold it till a buyer without an agent going to her.

If she had put the property on MLS earlier, I would not have to reduce the price.
