I read a research paper, which ranked the Canadian

housing market as the #1 overvalued housing market.

Once upon a time, I weighed the option of buying a small house in Toronto or even in Vancouver as the Canadian dollar has been depreciating a great deal. But after reading that paper, I doubt that would be a wise investment.

At the end of the day, it seems that there is nowhere to safekeep monies.
