你太厉害了，能问你一个问题吗？

带电热丝的冷暖中央空調系統，当开暖气时室外的冷气压縮机上的排热风扇叶为什么一直在转，，
没办法用室内的电子调温关掉，只能直接拉掉室外压縮机旁邊的断电开关，，为什么会这样？开暖气时，制冷部分应该关掉才对，
