As a matter of fact, debt/derivative financing is my real job

I know more financing in terms of debt, bonds, converts, swaps than most people here including you. I structured my firm's new repo to swap financing schemes that's why I was able to explain to you how it works in a separate post. My firm is involved in oil future arbitrage that's partially contributing to the global commodity bubble. That's why I have some insight on which direction it's going to go. Landlording is just my part time work that I love, and do it mostly on weekends and on phones. People here likes me because of my more than a decade's landlording experiences. That's what most people understands. However, when I tried to explain complicated debt financing with derivatives, most people here will get lost.
