I disagree. I think what will happen next is DEFLATION. Housing price is going down, net income is going down, consumption is going down. You guys are toooooo optimistic today. This financial crisis is one of biggest crisises in US history, only next to 1929. Hold your cash and watch. The crisis just got started.
