Good point. I never believe in lower than market rent.

On the house I just rented for $1,350, the first property manager I talked to wanted it to rent at $1,200. I told him, and he knew, that it could be rented for $1,300 - $1,395, but he insisted on the lower rent. He wanted to do that because a tenant will stay for a long time, and he has much less work; I told him if he rented for free, the tenant will live there for his life time, and why would I need a property manager?
