anyone who likes to capitalize on housing market, please start doing thorough research on the markets you have interest in.

Don't trust any broker/deal, or seller/buyer. Get listing prices from the webs, keep records of every change in prices, go to every open house, note all amendities and locations of each house, then come up with sort of ideas how to invest.
