basically right now I am away from my family so after work first thing I do is to check private house sale market information, it is more like an enjoyable hobby than anything else. :) Sure the second thing I am going to do is to check WXC is miat has more blogs to read. No wonder some mice here may think I am Majia cause my mindset has been aligned to you guys.
Through this period of time what I understand is: don't think there is higher mountain somewhere else. Current economy is so interrelateable. If one market perform poor, likely so will the other.
Here in my city, last couple years some desirable investment properties I can not even approach them, either too many competitors or too expensive. When market is down, it is time to reshuffle. Keep cash on hand, be a sharp eagle to hunt down big meat. Get prepared, once spring comes back it is your time.
