穷人的退休

今天跟老公展望了一下未来。我们都处在奔四十的年纪。以现在的货币价值算，就是说不理会通货膨胀也不计算投资增长（就是假设投资增长只能cover通货膨胀），如果保持现在的工资水平到六十岁退休，除去五六十万给孩子们付学费以外，最多只能存下两百万。假设到时ss还没倒可以cover health的花销，花个50万买个退休房，每年取十万，取到75就没了。万一我们活到80呢？

这还是假设了能保持以现在的货币价值每年挣30万的收入到60岁呢。如果保持不了呢？如果50岁失业呢？

想想就亚力山大。
