How to react to the coming electric car era for apartment owner?

I have a fourplex at Sunnyvale near mountain view.   All occupied by high tech people due to closeness to GOOGLE.

Over the weekend open house, a couple really want to rent the unit, but they have a Tesla and ask me how they can charge it.

I told them that there is no charge statoin in the Garage and turn them away,  but it get me thinking.  With more and more

people/Tenants driving electric cars,  how do owner deal with this?  It's not a problem today, but definitely will be in 5 or 10

years time.
