After I get the order to evict, I contacted local sheriff dept and scheduled a date (not telling the tenant). The sheriff dept also recommended a moving company they always use to me so that I can use the same. I paid about $600 for the moving company. On the day of eviction, Two police officers, the moving company crews (about 7 black people), and me showed up at the property. The police knocked on the door and entered the house, making sure everything is safe. The moving crew then moved everything out to the street corner of the community. Nothing is left in the house. According to local law, I have to leave tenant's belongings untouched for XXX hours (I forgot now). If tenant doesn't move them, I will have to arrange people after XXX hours to the Waste management site.
In our county, due to this procedure, I won't get into legal trouble because everything is moved out within 2 hours after eviction, so it's pretty clean. And I have witness from the moving company and the police.
I don't understand why it could be a case in your county.
This is how I did it in my county:
