上星期五接到我的租客新男友律师的一封信，要对我进行personal injury claim

这位租客的新男友号称在我的房子的院子里摔伤，先是问我要保险公司信息，不果，又通过律师向我发信，准备向我claim。不过我认为以下三点对我有利：
1 这个人有犯罪记录目前在假释状态，这封律师的信提到他的client姓名时，只有 first name and his middle name. 这样以来，网上就查不出其client犯罪记录了。但是这恰恰符合以下 Fraud 的定义：

2 我打过电话问镇的inspection department 我的房子是否有他所宣称的 code violation，结果是没有这个纪录，而只有我们过去的买房后 fixing code violation 记录，我们有所有电子邮件和照片为证，虽然inspection 有效期过期了，但是这人撒谎是肯定的了。
3 我在上月27号已打赢了驱走租客官司，法院判租客10天内搬走，他的律师的信是上月30号发出的，因此他的client有恶意诉讼malicious lawsuit 之嫌。
我已回信给其律师，1 要求其客户真实姓名因为我认为他是misrepresentation，并附上我在网上查到的其犯罪记录 2 要求其client正式通信地址 3 表示我这里没油水可榨，钱都是问银行借的。
同时我准备到district civil court 1 起诉我的房客违反合同，利用我的物业搞欺诈 2 起诉她的新男友欺诈（Fraud)
