looking for help!

My employer is offerring me option of a small percent of investment. The options are target date funds, target risk funds, and some other funds. I do not have any knowledge of investment but thinking of choosing target risk funds since the stock market seems to be at low point. If I choose target risk funds, is it wise to choose the aggressive? Your advise is appreciated.
