房子list了3周了还没有租出去，应该咋办呀。。。

这套房子质量很好的，从list第一天就有人想租，但后来因为这个那个原因没成。现在list20多天了，降过一次价还没租出去。期间有三次差点就签合同了，但不知是好事多磨还是怎么回事就是没成。...不好的租户比如几个人分租的我们又不愿意...现在应该怎么做，求指点！
