卖房代理真烦人啊

我们换了花岗岩厨房，她让我们重新漆橱柜；
让我们换了地毯，换墙的颜色；
现在居然要我们换洗碗机，要不锈钢的。

昨天她花钱给房子检查一遍，然后给一堆东西要修理：什么一两块木头腐朽了， 电箱子生锈了，地板有污点了，洗澡龙头滴水了。。。。很多我觉得出租房出租前要干的活。

今天生气了， 回信说不修了， 等买家要求时再说。
