隔壁邻居在卖房

 
 

３个月了，跌了几次价格，还是没卖掉，昨天OPEN HOUSE我去看了一下

 

我们小区房子很热的， 他家房子是小区里偏小的（２５００尺），在CUL DE SAC上，美国人的YARD也弄的不错。 里面看着没特吸引人的地方， 就是当年造好了的摸样。  Most houses in the community have brick outside, this one doesn't.

 

其他３个同期出来的， 都签约了。 为什么？
