请律师也不值,要没办法,我只能自认倒霉。有点心疼钱,但最重要的觉得被他涮了,被他讹诈, 他的email写的超级长,全是抱怨,每天被他搞得心情很糟,鸡蛋里挑骨头。想和他理论,可也辩不过他,也没时间和心情和他斗.
一年的租约,还有十个月才到期,想轰他走人,可也不容易,6月没按时交,3天notice,交了, 律师同时也发了30天通知让他在30天内搬走,7月也按时交了。在加州,偏向房客。我又问了几个律师,只要他付房租,就不能撵走。我目前的律师还要我继续file eviction based on he was late on June rent, but I don’t believe I will win because we are within 1 year contract and he has paid within 3 days for june payment. He paid July rent.
Now I don’t even want to evict him based on the weak case, the lawyer fee is about 1000, not not guaranteed, since my case is not strong. I know this is not the stopping point for this guy, he will keep intimidate me. If I pay him $6800 which is 3 month free rent, after that, he may just stop paying, and wait for me to evict him so that he can get almost whole year for free. He has been evicted for at least three times, very experienced.
太累心了,招到流氓的房客占便宜,只能怪自己没做好工作,经验太少。
