1. Patch holes in walls and paint over stains: $1500
2. Deep clean carpet: $250
3. Replace broken window screens: $100
4. Replace broken window glass: $150
5. Replace broken closet doors: $200
6. 2 service calls for stopped toilet: $150
7. Repair ceiling damage after flooded bathtub leaks downstairs: $600
8. Bleach and clean bathroom and kitchen: $150

total: $3100
