这两组房客选哪组？

第一组： 前police officer, 现在做security.  前两年从Afghanistan回来。现在付的房租比我这个还高，在这个地区是非常大的房子。说是本来准备今年买房的忽然发现他的钱没有mature. 有两只很大的dog，据他说是police dogs, well trained.  跟他搬进来的还有80几岁的老母亲和33岁的儿子。 ask 他跟他儿子fill in application, 被拒绝，只愿意他自己fill in the application.  Ask 交$400 pet deposit for each dog (小dog 只ask $100), 被拒绝，说从来没交过pet depost, 只愿意交$100.  

第二组：一个Mexico family.  夫妻加两个小孩再加brother in law.  感觉很老实忠厚。没有pets.  跟他们约时间交application fee, 要一直工作的6点多。感觉蛮勤劳的。

信用都还没查。据前警察讲他的信用很好。mexico family 估计不会有officer 好，因为他们很多都是现金交易。感觉officer 的气势很盛。其实我气场自己觉得还ok, 但好像压不住这个officer.  存粹从paper 上讲，我会选第一组，但是我的直觉想选第二组。 大家觉得呢？
