investment property is a money tree

at least in bay area.

I just shake it for money (rent) and it will more than pay for my retirement. And the trees themself is going to
the kids after I die ( through trust) so they can keep shaking it. Provided they remember to fertilize the trees
when needed.

That is my retirement strategy.
