大家都是借钱买房吗？

我想在DOWNTOWN买个CONDO，老公坚决不同意， 说我们现在应该先PAY OFF DEBT FROM EXISTING HOUSES 。

我说我们应该借钱生钱， 谁先去还债？ 而且我们的出租房房租也能COVER MORTGAGE， 还能赚一点。而且他什么都能修

一说到再买房， 他就不高兴 。 我觉得这里的房子很有潜力， 大家觉得怎样？
